Delete your TRRIBE account

You can permanently delete your TRRIBE account and personal data at any time, directly in the app, or by contacting us.

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the TRRIBE app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (or open your Profile).
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Prefer to email us?

If you can't access the app, email hello@trribe.com.au from the email address on your TRRIBE account and ask us to delete your account. We'll action your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile and account details (name, email, photo); sessions you created and your participation in others; messages and chats; preferences and activity linked to your account.

What we keep, and for how long

We may retain anonymised, aggregate usage statistics that are not linked to you and cannot identify you. We may retain limited records where required by law, for the minimum period required, after which they are deleted.
