Host Terms
Last updated: May 2026. These terms apply if you list and run sessions on TRRIBE as a coach, organiser, club or venue.
Becoming a host
Hosts go through a verification step before publishing paid sessions. You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
Running sessions safely
You must hold any qualifications, insurance and permissions required for the activity you run, and comply with all applicable Australian laws.
Bookings and payouts
Payments are processed through TRRIBE. Service fees and payout timing are set out in your host dashboard.
Cancellations
You set your cancellation policy, within the ranges TRRIBE provides. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your standing.
Behaviour
Hosts must follow our Community Guidelines. Breaches can result in suspension or removal.
